Below was my original comment on this product and the seller. I did have an issue with it but the issue was handled in a timely manner, that I am grateful for. I got a full refund days after filing the claim. So i have changed my review from 1 star to 3. I am still not happy with the product but the seller was very helpful and understanding.
A bit of advice, before purchasing please contact the seller to make sure this product will work with your printer.
"The ink doesn't work! i'm getting an error saying "Error Number : 1660 The following ink tank cannot be recognized. "Black<CLI-221BK>" Printing cannot be executed because the ink tank may not be installed properly or may not be compatible with this printer. Install the appropriate ink tank."
The ink is suppose to be compatible with my cannon ip3600. I want my money back!"
